Exercise helps in solving many problems related to your body.  It is essential for your body.  If you do not exercise, you reduce your lifetime.

 You can exercise, do yoga or go to the gym to develop your body and mind.

 Exercise covers many things like -

 1. It helps in improving your overall personality.  Usually, it improves circulation which ultimately helps to enhance your personality.

 Your muscles also get stretched and memory power also increases.  So all these improvements ultimately boost your personality (Boost your personality ).


                 

2.Exercise helps in making your body image.  As after doing exercise, you feel energized & develop strength.

 Exercise also increases your bone density which makes your body strong & fit.

 3. Sometimes you feel lazy, tired, weak etc.  All these happens due to lack of exercise in your daily life.

 4. Exercise improves your health too.  It helps to burn calories.

 There should be balanced between intake of calories & output of calories for a healthy body.

 The extra calories which is accumulated in your body, can be easily burned out by doing exercise consistently.

5. Exercise makes you to learn & memorize the things faster than usual.

 Doing exercise improves blood circulation in the brain too which ultimately leads to enhanced memory power.

                          

 6. Exercise brings changes in overall look by improving blood circulation, toning up muscles, increasing bone density, developing your biceps & triceps etc.

 7. Some people look better from outside but actually they are sick from inside due to some internal problems.

 Exercise helps to troubleshoot these & makes you feel better from inside too.

8. Exercising regularly in the morning in fresh air also increases your immunity power and increases your stamina.  So you don't get sick so quickly and easily.

 9. Lack of exercise in your daily life causes a lot of problems for you such as accumulation of fat, lipids, cholesterol, risk of developing heart disease, etc.

 So make a routine of exercising regularly for 30 minutes at least.

 So all these changes through exercise make your life better than before.  So now start exercising without thinking and waiting anymore.
