Love your Body Image


Friends, as you all know that everyone in this world is a little conscious about their body image.

 Everyone wants to have a good body image of themselves.  There is no one in this world who never thinks about his body image in his mind.  Is not that the truth?

                        

 What is body image ?

 A body image is what a person thinks, portrays and feels about their body.  How does he think about his body.  What kind of image does he make of his body in his mind.

 Factors to think negatively about your body image -

  1.  Thinking negatively about your own body image.
  2.  Keep thinking about yourself that you are not healthy.
  3.  Comparing yourself to others again and again.
  4.  To develop a socially isolated spirit.
  5.  To think that he does not give you any sense.
  6.  Thinking that you are not respected by people, even if you are respected.
  7.  Feel different from others at home, school, party, office etc.
  8. To think that you fail to make a good impression on others.
  9.  Having a feeling in your mind that others think negatively about you and your body image.
  10.  Feeling that she has a better body image than me.

 All of the above points influence you to think negatively about your body image.  So avoid thinking like this.

 So from your mind, erase the feelings that have been mentioned above to make a good body image of yourself.

                     

Negative body image limitations -

  1.  This feeling holds you back from achieving success in life.
  2.  This feeling makes you loose your confidence.
  3.  You start feeling lonely in life, even if you are not alone.
  4.  You do not have enough courage and strength to fight problems.
  5.  You easily give up.
  6.  Your mind fills with all negative thoughts, which can be dangerous for you in future.
  7.  Thinking more helps reduce hunger.
  8.  You are easily prone to developing diseases.
  9.  Overthinking causes a burning sensation in your mind which causes mental retardation.
  10.  You are no longer able to learn, remember things, do creative work, etc.


 So it is clear from all the above points that you should not think negatively about your own body image, but rather think that however you are, you are good.

                         

Benefits of having a good body image -

 Friends, if you really think and feel that your body image is good and you have no doubt about your body image, then it is very good and useful for you.

  1.  If your body image is good then your life becomes very easy.
  2.  You can easily deal with any problem in life with full confidence.
  3.  You can also remember things very easily.
  4.  Your mind is full of creativity.  You want to do some creative work to give satisfaction to your mind.
  5.  You can catch things better in less time.
