How to help people overcome depression?


Friends, you all are well aware of the word depression.  It has become very common nowadays.

 If a person is under depression, his normal physiological system is disturbed.

 The word Depression itself says 'Depress' means that all its systems are somewhat depressed.

 A depressed person cannot think properly because he loses the power to think.  His mind remains depressed.  He cannot decide between what is right and what is wrong.  They are not able to take right decisions.

 How can you know when someone is depressed?
      
                         


 Here are some points that help decide if someone is depressed -
 
Signs & Symptoms of depression-

  • He sits ideally and quietly.
  •  He isolates himself most.
  •  He does not speak properly as before.
  •  He does not eat properly.
  •  He does not work properly.

 So friends, if you want to overcome depression, do not think so much on this matter which will make you sad.

 Every crisis comes with an opportunity.  There is no need to worry excessively on any problem.  Just keep your mind calm and relaxed.

 Going into depression is not the solution to your problem.  What comes into one's life after problems is temporary and not permanent.  So do not dominate it.

 People are very busy these days.  They do not make time for themselves.  It is very important for you to spend some time for yourself at any given time in a day, if you want to live faithfully.

                            


If you see someone depressed, you should do these things to help him overcome depression.

Help people to overcome depression-

  •  First ask him, what is the problem that makes him sad?
  •  Then give him some suggestions and solutions that are best for that problem.
  •  You can try to inspire him by showing him motivational videos.
  •  You can tell him a short story of a failed / depressed person who later succeeds in his life.
  •  You can support him by saying that I am and will always be with you.
  •  Let him know that this problem is temporary and not permanent.  So there is no need to think so much on this.
  •  You can take his from that environment and move to another environment like party, among friends, in the park, in the cinema hall, in the cafe, etc., which helps in fixing his mood.

 Guys you've got a life.  So live that life happily with a beautiful smile on your face.  Do not burden yourself.
